IL Makiage had just relaunched as a brand in Summer 2018 and were in the process of opening a Flagship-style Pop Up store in the heart of Soho, NY.

The bold cosmetics brand enlisted our team of bold pop-up curators to ensure the grand opening was a big success, complete with an influencer partnership, high-energy opening night and press impressions that would last for weeks. 

We enlisted international super model Shanina Shaik to serve as the brand ambassador and host the opening night at IL Makiage HQ. The VIP event was  promoted to NYC's in-crowd, fashion industry, beauty bloggers, national media partners and a range of influencers. Guests enjoyed an in-store performance from world-renowned DJ Ruckus, a curated cocktail menu and an introduction to Il Makiage's "Makeup for Maximalists"
