As Experiential Agency of Record for Bal Harbour Shops, we've partnered to project dream, deploy and scale the ACCESS Pop-Up program - the world's first Mobile, Touring, Luxury Pop-Up Mall, featuring 30+ Bespoke Containers, 10 Luxury Retail Shops, a Fine-Dining Restaurant, VIP Lounge, Bar, Valet Parking, Weekly Programming & Special Events.
Our client had the goal of expanding their real estate portfolio with a satellite operation that could go directly to where the countries most valuable luxury consumers lived. The Access Pop-Up is a scale replica of the Bal Harbour Shops experience in Miami, designed by architecture firm Lot-EK. For the first location, we brought along Tiffany & Co., Balmain, James Perse, Assouline, Frette, Scanlan Theodore, Addict, Giovanni Rossi, Frette, Bonpoint & Others to pop-up with us in Raleigh for the 2023 Holiday Season.
The Pop-Up Mall's first location was Raleigh, followed up by Sarasota Florida. The ACCESS Mall will be touring the South East of the United States throughout 2024. Stay tuned for updates and follow @BalHarbourShops_PopUp on Instagram for more info!
